These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GluBear website, online store, and KidsZone (collectively, the "Services") operated by GluBear LLC ("we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.
GluBear products and Services are designed to support diabetes education and comfort as a secondary CGM display. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and are not intended to replace primary CGM alarms or medical advice.
Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on our website or learned through our products.
Our KidsZone is designed for children, but we require parental consent for children under 13 to use our Services. As a parent or legal guardian, you are responsible for supervising and monitoring your child's use of our Services.
Kids Zone learning videos play on our site when possible. YouTube is not loaded until a grown-up completes the on-screen check. Links that leave Kids Zone (including CDC and NIDDK pages) use the same grown-up check plus a leaving-site notice. Destinations that are not on our Kids Zone list cannot be opened from Kids Zone. The shop, checkout, and main marketing pages are not a child-directed area and are unchanged.
By allowing your child to use our Services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your child and assume responsibility for their activities.
The content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and software, are owned by GluBear LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit in any way any content from our Services without our prior written permission.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.
We reserve the right to disable any user account if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms.
By making a purchase through our Services, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Hardware charged on myglubear.com is refunded through Stripe. GluApp months and subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google. See the Refund and Return Policy.
We strive to be as accurate as possible with descriptions of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of our Services are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Our products are designed to support diabetes education and management but are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary.

These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by GluBear LLC (doing business as GluBear and GluApp) to a mobile number you provide.
